The symptoms of chronic cerebral hemorrhage are these

Chronic cerebral hemorrhage mostly occurs in middle-aged and elderly people. The most common symptoms are headache and vomiting. In addition, mild cases may cause restlessness or confusion, while severe cases may cause coma, with the eyeballs fixed in the middle position and the face flushed or pale.

1. Headache and vomiting: People who are conscious or have mild impaired consciousness may suffer from headaches. The vomiting is mostly projectile vomiting, and the vomitus is mostly brown in color.

2. Disturbance of consciousness: In mild cases, the patient will be restless or confused; in severe cases, the patient will fall into a coma, with the eyeballs fixed in the middle position and the face flushed or pale.

3. Eye symptoms: Patients with increased intracranial pressure often have unequal pupils, and may also experience hemianopsia and impaired eye movement. For example, patients with cerebral hemorrhage usually stare at the bleeding side of the brain with both eyes during the acute phase.

4. Breathing and blood pressure: Patients with cerebral hemorrhage generally breathe faster. Those with severe conditions breathe deeply and slowly. When the condition worsens, the breathing becomes fast and irregular, or presents tidal breathing, sigh-like breathing, double inhalation and other breathing patterns. The blood pressure will become unstable. In severe cases, the blood pressure gradually decreases, and signs of circulatory center failure appear.

5. Headache and dizziness: Headache is the first symptom of cerebral hemorrhage. The headache is often located on the side of the head with bleeding. When the intracranial pressure increases, the pain may spread to the entire head. Dizziness often occurs with headache, especially when the bleeding is in the cerebellum or brain stem.

When symptoms of chronic cerebral hemorrhage appear, patients should take it seriously, but not be overly nervous. The first thing to do is to stabilize their emotions and avoid aggravating the condition due to fluctuations in blood pressure. Patients should go to the hospital for medical treatment in time and tell the doctor in detail the symptoms that have occurred so that the doctor can quickly diagnose and treat them in time to reduce the harm of cerebral hemorrhage.
