One move in bed, nourishing the kidneys and detoxifying, only takes ten minutes

Most people hold their phones and check WeChat before going to bed. In fact, the ten minutes before bedtime are the golden period for health preservation. Make full use of these ten minutes, and it will be hard to be in bad health!

We often say that being free of toxins makes one feel relaxed. The largest detoxification channel in the human body is the bladder meridian, which transmits toxins all the time. Other detoxification pathways are local and segmented, and finally merge into the bladder meridian. If this meridian is unobstructed, external cold will have difficulty invading, internal toxins will be discharged in time, and the body will naturally be away from all kinds of diseases.

So, who supplies energy to the bladder meridian? It is mainly the kidneys. The kidneys and bladder are the exterior and interior of each other. The bladder meridian is just a channel. It has no power to run by itself. It needs the support of kidney qi to complete the functions of keeping out the cold and detoxifying. Therefore, before opening up the bladder meridian, we need to nourish the kidneys.

Lying with hands on waist

practice:

Before going to bed, place the backs of your hands against your waist and lie on your back in bed. After 5-10 minutes, the feeling of heat will gradually spread throughout your body.

Before going to bed, place the outer Laogong points of your hands against your kidneys. The heat from your palms will directly warm the kidneys, forcing out the cold air in the kidneys, which will then turn into sweat and be excreted from the body.

Especially from 10:30 to 11 o'clock in the evening, which is the end of the Hai hour and the beginning of the Zi hour. At this moment, the earth energy is the strongest. The earth energy is inhaled through the inner Laogong palace, passes through the outer Laogong palace and is directly injected into the two kidneys. Along with the heat from the two palms and the energy of the five elements, it warms the two kidneys.

At the beginning, your palms will feel numb and swollen when being pressed by your waist. After 3-5 days, the numbness and swelling will disappear and your legs will feel relaxed and flexible. People who often drink alcohol will have beads of sweat on their foreheads, and some will sweat on their waists. These are all good signs that the kidney qi is gradually filling up!

Toe hook

After the kidney qi is sufficient, we will start to open up the bladder meridian. If there is no toxin in the body, there will be no diseases.

practice:

Stretch your legs straight and together, curl your toes, grab your toes with both hands, and slowly press your body down.

This is a way to help detoxify the bladder meridian, and it should be done for at least 15-30 minutes.

The more you can't reach it, the more it shows that you have a lot of toxins accumulated. Just feel the large tendons on the back of your thighs stretching.
