What is the best way to treat gastric ulcer?

Many patients with gastric ulcers will continue to lose weight and have symptoms of stomach pain. Severe cases can cause gastric perforation. It is found that gastric ulcers can be treated with medication and diet therapy. 1. Wash the fresh lotus root, cut off one end of the lotus root node, pour honey and cover it, fix it with toothpicks, steam it and eat the lotus root with the soup. It is effective for patients with bleeding ulcers, but should be taken cold.

7. Egg and Panax notoginseng stew

Ingredients and preparation method: one egg, 30ml honey, 3g Panax notoginseng powder. Beat the egg into a bowl and stir, add Panax notoginseng powder and mix well, stew in water, then add honey and mix well before serving.

Efficacy: It can soothe the liver and regulate qi, harmonize the stomach and strengthen the spleen. It is suitable for upper abdominal pain, vomiting, accompanied by nausea, belching, etc.

8. Stir-fried beef with cactus

Ingredients and preparation method: 50g cactus, 100g tender beef, and appropriate seasoning. Remove the skin and thorns of the cactus, wash it, and cut it into small pieces; wash the beef, slice it, put it in a hot oil pan and stir-fry it until cooked, then season it and serve. Efficacy: It can promote blood circulation, remove blood stasis, promote qi circulation and relieve pain. It is suitable for symptoms such as fixed pain or pain like acupuncture.
