3. Anticoagulant effect

2.0g/ml of the water extract of Aconiti Lateralis Preparata has the effect of enhancing fibrinolysis in vitro.

4. Effect on the uterus

The water decoction of Wulingzhi at 2.0×10（－2）g/ml or 4.0×10（－2）g/ml increased the tension of the isolated rabbit uterus for a short time, which returned to normal after a few minutes, and some showed post-inhibition phenomenon, while it had little effect on frequency and amplitude. In vitro tests have shown that Wulingzhi has varying degrees of inhibitory effects on Mycobacterium tuberculosis and a variety of skin fungi; it also has the effect of relieving smooth muscle spasms and has been used clinically for angina pectoris.

5. Anti-tuberculosis effect

Wulingzhi has a certain therapeutic effect on experimental tuberculosis in mice. The compound used is 2 grams each of Forsythia suspensa and Wulingzhi; or 2 grams each of Forsythia suspensa, Wulingzhi, Rehmannia root and Lithospermum officinale. The above methods also have certain therapeutic effects on experimental tuberculosis in guinea pigs.
