What are the Chinese medicine diet therapies?

There are many methods of Chinese medicine diet therapy and health care. The most common one is to eat more mulberries. Although mulberries are difficult to preserve, they are still effective in diet therapy and health care. Not only can they promote the excretion of stool, but they can also speed up the body's metabolism.

Mulberries regulate immunity and fight aging

We see that the hands of people selling mulberries in the market and the leaves holding the mulberries are all dyed purple. This is because mulberries contain a substance called anthocyanin. Anthocyanins have strong antioxidant properties, and the darker the color, the more anthocyanins it contains. Not only that, mulberries also contain another antioxidant ingredient - mulberry polysaccharides. Therefore, modern research believes that mulberries have the functions of regulating immunity, anti-fatigue, and anti-aging. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that it has the effects of nourishing the liver and kidneys, nourishing blood and producing body fluid, nourishing yin and replenishing blood, moistening the intestines and promoting bowel movements, and producing body fluid and quenching thirst. Therefore, citizens can take advantage of the good season when mulberries are on the market to enjoy them.

Three points to note when eating mulberries

First, mulberries are difficult to preserve. It is still very sweet and juicy when you buy it, but the taste becomes worse the next day. Even if you put it in the refrigerator, it still doesn't taste as good as when it was fresh. Therefore, it is best to buy only as much as you can eat. However, some citizens think the more the better, because their mulberries have special uses. Mulberries can not only be eaten directly, but also have many uses. Mulberries have thin skin and are juicy. If you can’t finish them, you can squeeze the juice and drink it directly. The juice yield can reach 50%. You can also make mulberry wine, and the principle is the same as making homemade wine. Wash the mulberries, dry them slightly, mash them and put them in a clean glass container. Add rock sugar (the ratio is about mulberries: rock sugar = 5-10:1) and seal it for storage. It will be ready in about 1 month. The taste will be better if you leave it for two or three months after clearing the residue. It can also be used to cook porridge, which is most suitable for stimulating appetite and clearing the intestines when the appetite is poor. You can also dry mulberries into dried mulberries, which can satisfy your taste buds and your health as snacks.

Second, the mulberry skin is relatively thin, so avoid rubbing it hard when washing. Just rinse it with running water and then soak it in light salt water.

Third, mulberries are cold in nature, so people with a weak and cold constitution are not suitable to eat them in large quantities. They can be eaten in small amounts after meals.

Mulberries can not only satisfy your cravings, but also help maintain your health and cure diseases.
