The wound will suddenly change from red and swollen to dark purple or purple-black, and the swelling will be diffuse; the tongue will be crimson, and the pulse will be thready and rapid.

Prescription: Qingying Decoction combined with Xijiao Dihuang Decoction with modifications, plus Angong Niuhuang Pills.

5. Single prescription: You can use 30-60 grams of fresh Lobelia (whole herb) and mash it, then take the juice orally, which has detoxification and diuretic effects. You can also use 30 grams of fresh young shoots, mash them to take the juice orally, and apply the residue externally to prevent snake venom from attacking the heart.
