(Of course, this method is not suitable for everyone, it depends on your own situation)

6. Wear clothes that suit you.

Put on a pair of your favorite old pants and a loose shirt, and your psychological stress will be relieved unknowingly. Because clothes that have been worn for a long time will make people recall the feelings of a specific time and place, and people's emotions will also be elevated.
