Acne where you shave

Acne on the face indicates that there is something wrong with our body's secretions. There is also a saying now that acne appearing in different places indicates that there are problems in different parts of our body. For example, acne on the forehead indicates that we are under a lot of stress in our daily life. Boys also get acne, and especially large pimples appear where they shave. Daily shaving is very troublesome. What is the reason for acne where they shave?

The occurrence of acne is closely related to factors such as excessive sebum secretion, blockage of the sebaceous gland ducts of the hair follicles, bacterial infection and inflammatory response. After entering puberty, the level of androgens, especially testosterone, in the human body increases rapidly, promoting the development of sebaceous glands and producing a large amount of sebum. At the same time, abnormal keratinization of the sebaceous gland ducts of the hair follicles causes blockage of the ducts, hindering the excretion of sebum and forming keratin plugs, also known as micro-acne.

There are two possible situations:

(1) The skin is a bit sensitive. It is usually caused by stimulation. You can try aftershave or lotion. If you have time, you can use shaving foam before shaving.

(2) You may shave too cleanly with a razor. This causes damage to the pores, which is why acne will occur. It is recommended that you do not shave too harshly next time you shave. If you don't damage your pores, you won't get acne.

How to shave

(1) Foam: If you have beard cream, apply it to the facial area with beard. This will soften the beard and make shaving painless.

(2) Electric: If it is an electric shaver, no foam is needed. Instead, before shaving, rub your face with your hands so that the bearded areas feel slightly warm. Then I started preparing to shave.

(3) Sequence: When shaving, remember to shave from left to right, then from top to bottom. Be sure to shave in the order of the beard's growth. This way, you can shave off the longer beard more cleanly.

(4) Clean: After shaving in the forward direction, remember to start shaving in the reverse direction. Shaving in the reverse direction means that the unshaved or short and hard beard will be shaved off in length.

(5) Care: After shaving, remember to soak a towel in hot water and gently wipe off the foam or beard on your face. Of course, you can also apply a hot towel to your face more often to relieve the injured beard follicles.

(6) Thoroughly: After applying the hot compress, check to see if it is thoroughly cleaned. If not, clean the remaining areas.
