Rhinitis is an inflammatory manifestation of the nasal cavity, which is a common clinical disease. Rhinitis is relatively stubborn and prone to relapse. There are many types of rhinitis. In addition to conventional treatment and control, traditional Chinese medicine is also very effective in treating rhinitis. Traditional Chinese medicine has a variety of methods to treat rhinitis, and the side effects are small, so you can try it.

1. To treat nasal congestion caused by rhinitis: take 30g each of magnolia and chuanxiong, 20g of asarum and 15g of akebia, grind them into fine powder, take a little every day, wrap it in gauze, and stuff it into the nose. Remove it when it gets wet.

2. Grind 50 grams of magnolia, soak it in alcohol for 3 days and filter it. Heat the filtrate to evaporate and concentrate it into a viscous extract. Mix it with 20 grams of anhydrous lanolin and then add 100 grams of vaseline to make an ointment. When using, make a 12×3 cm oil gauze strip and fill it into the nasal cavity. If the lower turbinate is very large and the gauze strip is difficult to fill in, use 1% ephedrine drops in the nose before filling it in. One end of the gauze strip should be exposed outside the nostril and secured with ointment to prevent it from slipping into the throat. Remove it after 2 to 3 hours, and fill it once a day. 10 times constitute a course of treatment. After use, the nasal cavity can be well ventilated, headaches disappear, secretions decrease, and nasal concha no longer hypertrophy;
