What is the reason for urinary incontinence?

Men's body resistance is higher than women's, so men are basically not prone to illness. Even common colds and fevers rarely occur. Men's diseases are rarely encountered unless it is due to special infection factors. Urinary problems occur in both men and women, and they may also occur in women. Occasionally, it occurs in male friends. It may be caused by excessive masturbation for a long time, urethral disease, and prostatitis.

1. Long-term masturbation in men can also easily lead to urinary problems: because during masturbation, the sexual organs are directly stimulated, which will naturally produce the feeling of wanting to urinate. If a woman's vaginal muscles keep contracting and relaxing, it will stimulate the bladder and urethra, causing the urge to urinate. If the penis is engorged for too long, or if some auxiliary tools are used during masturbation, improper use of them may cause excessive friction and stimulation of the penis or urethra, which may lead to some discomfort. The most common situation is that you have a clear urge to urinate, but feel that urination is not smooth or there is slight pain. Usually, these discomforts will disappear naturally after a short rest, so there is no need to worry too much.

2. Posterior urethral diseases: compression of the posterior urethra due to prostate hypertrophy, prostate cancer, acute prostate inflammation, bleeding, abscess, and fibrosis; inflammation, stones, tumors, edema, foreign bodies, etc. of the posterior urethra itself. 3. Anterior urethral diseases: seen in anterior urethral stenosis, tumors, stones, foreign bodies, or congenital malformations such as urethral exstrophy, penile foreskin incarceration, abnormal penile erection, etc. 4. Body: Caused by lesions in other parts of the body: common in organic lesions such as spinal cord damage and occult spina bifida; also seen in diabetic neurogenic bladder, which is caused by autonomic nerve damage caused by diabetes. Patients with neurosis may have difficulty urinating in public toilets. Surgical birth injuries in the perineum can reflexively cause spasm of the urethral sphincter, resulting in difficulty urinating.

5. Bladder neck lesions: The bladder neck is blocked by stones, tumors, blood clots, foreign objects, or is compressed by uterine fibroids, ovarian cysts, or late pregnancy; bladder neck inflammation, stenosis, etc. are also included in this category.
