What causes stomach distension?

The stomach is one of the most important digestive organs in the human body. If you always feel your stomach is bloated recently, the main reason for this is that you have eaten a lot of food that is difficult to digest, such as beef jerky, bacon and other foods. Another reason is that your original digestive function has been damaged. Therefore, after this happens, we should quickly formulate a stomach-nourishing plan in our daily life.

The main causes of stomach bloating and stomach pain: 1. Worry, anger and resentment can also damage the stomach. 2. Unhygienic diet. Some pathogens produce toxins in the intestines, causing gastrointestinal diseases such as acute gastroenteritis. 3. Drinking too little water or eating too little fiber food can cause constipation and bloating.

4. Abnormal lifestyle. It may also cause the intestines to be too hungry or too full due to regular and quantitative eating, leading to abnormal intestinal movements, which can overload the gastrointestinal tract in the long run. 5. Eating too greasy food makes it difficult for the intestines to digest. A high-protein or high-fat diet can easily cause changes in intestinal flora, which is not conducive to the survival of beneficial bacteria. If you consume too much greasy food, the lipase and protease in the body will be overwhelmed and eventually exhausted.

6. Eat too fast. It will cause incomplete chewing, resulting in the digestive juice and food not being fully stirred and mixed, and thus not being fully digested and decomposed, causing damage to the intestines. 7. Excessive stress directly affects physiological functions, resulting in abnormal intestinal function. Such as excessive stomach acid, slowed peristalsis or accelerated peristalsis, etc. Excessive stomach acid can damage the gastric mucosa, accelerated peristalsis can cause frequent diarrhea, and slowed peristalsis can cause abdominal distension. Many stomach diseases can cause bloating. As long as the stomach diseases that cause bloating are cured, the bloating will naturally disappear. The reason why many stomach disease patients cannot be cured for a long time is that they also have gastric autonomic nervous system dysfunction. As long as the gastric autonomic nervous system dysfunction is cured, other stomach diseases will naturally recover. If patients with stomach diseases feel not only stomach discomfort, but also poor sleep, mental state, etc., then nine out of ten times it can be judged that they suffer from gastric autonomic nervous system dysfunction. It should be noted that gastric autonomic nerve disorder (i.e. gastric neurosis) is a functional disease that cannot be detected by instruments and is easily ignored by many doctors and patients. Some patients cannot understand it, and some doctors cannot understand it either. Therefore, many doctors do not know how to use medication in this regard, which delays the treatment of patients and causes long-term treatment to fail to heal!
