In daily life, the ear is an important organ of the human body. If the ear is traumatized, it may affect normal life. Many people have experienced tinnitus and ear pain. This may be caused by inflammation of the eardrum or auditory neuropathy. Tinnitus and ear pain should be examined and treated as soon as possible.

There are many reasons for tinnitus. If we often work in a noisy environment, we are likely to suffer from this disease. What should we do with tinnitus and ear pain? The first thing we should do is to stay away from noisy working environment, and then go to the hospital's ear department for a good examination and treatment.

Our lives are inseparable from the ears, but they may also cause some situations that we don’t want to see, that is, tinnitus and ear pain. What should we do with tinnitus and ear pain? We can treat it by taking antibiotics and pay attention to cheek puffing treatment in normal times, which will be of great help to its recovery.

We can use hearing aids to treat tinnitus. In addition, we must also pay attention to our diet during the treatment period, add more vitamins and zinc to the diet, combine work and rest, and maintain a good mood, which will also have a good effect on its prevention.

In life, we need to communicate with others, and the ears play a very important role in this regard. However, if we have tinnitus and ear pain, it will affect our hearing.

Tinnitus can be diagnosed based on the cause:

1. Physiological tinnitus: The sounds that everyone hears in a certain environment, such as late at night or in a very soundproof room, without any disease, such as the sound of blood flowing in the human body, the movement of muscles, the movement of joints, the sound of air on the eardrum, the sound produced by the Brownian motion of the liquid in the cochlea, pulsating tinnitus during strenuous exercise or emotional excitement, the "plugged ear effect" that occurs when the head is placed on the pillow or when the ears are blocked with the hands, and the sound produced by the opening of the Eustachian tube when swallowing, etc., are all physiological tinnitus, not a disease, and it will not bring any adverse effects to people.

2. Spontaneous tinnitus: Many people have occasionally experienced a whistling sound lasting from a few seconds to several minutes, and the cause is unknown.

3. Noise-induced tinnitus: It is very common, mainly caused by exposure to loud noise, and manifests as tinnitus lasting from a few seconds to several days.

4. Drug-induced tinnitus: There are many drugs that can cause tinnitus, and some are accompanied by hearing loss.

5. Muscular body sounds: Synchronous clicking sounds occur during palatal myoclonus, which can be heard by people around you and may disappear spontaneously. It may be caused by neurological diseases or psychological disorders. There is also clicking tinnitus when the Eustachian tube opens or closes, and when the temporomandibular joint is dysfunctional and the mouth is opened and closed. This type of tinnitus can be fully or partially relieved with proper treatment.
