Brain arteriovenous malformation

Brain arteriovenous malformation

With the ever-accelerating pace of life and the mental distress brought about by social pressure, more and more cerebrovascular diseases have become a relatively common and high-incidence disease. Cerebrovascular diseases mainly include cerebral arterial malformations and cerebral venous malformations, as well as aneurysms and venous aneurysms caused by cerebral arteriovenous malformations. The cause of cerebral arteriovenous malformations is a fundamental lesion in any part of the brain. The brain is a very important part for humans.

There are many classifications of cerebral arteries, mainly clinical classifications of small arteriovenous malformations and most large artery malformations. The main manifestations are bleeding, convulsions, headaches, and neurological dysfunction, but with memory loss, etc., what are the pathological causes of cerebral artery malformations?

The occurrence of cerebrovascular disease can be roughly divided into the following stages.

1. If there is an obstacle in the primitive vascular bud stage during this period, hemangioblastoma, also known as hemangioreticuloma or hemangioendothelioma, may occur. It is a new organism with the biological characteristics of a tumor.

2. During the primitive vascular network stage, blood is already flowing in the blood vessels. Depending on the amount of blood flowing through, the blood vessels differentiate into arteries, capillaries and veins. Obstructions during this period can cause cerebral arteriovenous malformations.

3. During the vascular stratification stage, three layers appear: extracranial blood vessels, meningeal blood vessels, and cerebral blood vessels. During this period, disorders occur, resulting in cerebrofacial-meningeal-cerebrovascular disease (Sturge-Weber syndrome).

4. During the cerebral angiogenesis period, the cerebral blood vessels are formed into fixed channels, such as the internal carotid artery, middle cerebral artery, anterior cerebral artery, posterior cerebral artery, anterior communicating artery, posterior communicating artery and basilar cerebral artery circle. The malformations that occur during this period are generally abnormalities in the arrangement of cerebral blood vessels. Such as the absence of the anterior communicating artery, patent primitive trigeminal artery or sublingual artery, the formation of arterial window, etc.

5. During the maturation stage of the vascular wall, the vascular wall is histologically mature and complete. Both arteries and veins have relatively complete intima, middle layer and adventitia. There is a muscle system in the middle layer to control the size of the lumen. The deformity that appears during this period is a defect in the blood vessel wall, which becomes one of the important factors in the formation of aneurysms.

Cerebral artery malformations can be roughly divided into five stages of pathological causes, mainly the five common pathogenesis mechanisms of primitive vascular tooth germ stage and primitive vascular network stage, vascular stratification stage, cerebral angioplasty stage, and vascular wall maturation stage. Cerebral artery malformations and arteriovenous malformations are caused by cerebrovascular diseases, so they must be discovered in time and treated in time in the early stages, and a regular and authoritative hospital should be chosen for treatment. At the same time, we should pay attention to the regulation of diet in daily life.
