Adrenal cortical hormones: For acute, severe or stubborn cases, such as anaphylactic shock, serum sickness urticaria, pressure urticaria, etc., 100-200 mg of hydrocortisone can be added to 5% glucose solution and intravenously dripped, or 30-40 mg of prednisone can be taken orally. This therapy is generally not suitable for long-term use.

3. Antibiotics: Appropriate antibiotics can be used for urticaria caused by infection, especially for urticaria caused by obvious or latent infection of the gastrointestinal tract.

4. Drugs that reduce the permeability of blood vessel walls: such as vitamin C, vitamin P, and calcium supplements. Often used with antihistamines.
