What is the difference between eczema and herpes?

I have often had eczema. In fact, eczema is a skin disease. There will be some small granular things on the skin. There is no water in them, but they are all small red dots. Herpes is different. There is water in herpes, and after it breaks, it is easy to cause infection and discharge yellow liquid.

The main symptoms of eczema are itching, local exudation, and irregular lesions that gradually expand into irregular shapes as they are scratched. Herpes may start out as a painful rash followed by blisters. It is itchy and painful, and the shape is relatively fixed.

The causes of eczema include:

1. Environmental factors: Many studies have confirmed that environmental factors are one of the important reasons for the increase in the incidence of eczema. The environment includes group environment and individual environment. Human group environmental pathogenic factors refer to large-scale outdoor air, water, soil, radiation sources, large areas of allergenic pollen vegetation, large areas of airborne allergenic bacteria sources, etc.

2. Dietary factors: Human food varieties are extremely diverse, and can generally be divided into plants, animals, and minerals.

3. Other factors: Eczema can also be caused by neuropsychiatric factors such as distress, fatigue, depression, anxiety, tension, emotional excitement, insomnia, and climatic and physical factors such as sunlight, ultraviolet rays, cold, humidity, dryness, and friction.

Prevention of eczema:

☆Avoid possible triggering factors in yourself.

☆Avoid all kinds of external stimulation, such as hot water washing, excessive scratching, washing and contact with potentially sensitive substances such as fur preparations. Avoid contact with products containing chemical ingredients, such as soap, laundry detergent, and dishwashing liquid.

☆Avoid foods that may cause allergies and irritation, such as chili peppers, strong tea, coffee, and alcohol.
