1. The Jiquan point in the armpit is an important acupuncture point of the Heart Meridian. It can remove the accumulated fire and toxins in the heart. You should massage it frequently to unclog this well. 2. Elbow pits: When you have sore throat, yellow phlegm and asthma, cough and hemoptysis, irritability and heat in the heart, mouth ulcers, insomnia and other problems, you can tap the elbow pits for 5 to 10 minutes continuously, and toxin reactants of different colors such as blue, red, purple and black will appear. Once every one to two weeks, this sewage well can be kept unobstructed and toxins from the heart and lungs can be discharged. 3. The popliteal fossa is also called the popliteal fossa. At the center of the fossa, there is an important acupuncture point called Weizhong, which runs along the bladder meridian. The bladder meridian is the body's largest detoxification and dehumidification channel, and the Weizhong point is the sewage outlet on this channel. If it is not unobstructed, moisture cannot be discharged, which may cause arthritis. Therefore, you can pat this area for 5 to 10 minutes until bruises and sha spots appear, and pat once every one to two weeks. 4. Yinlingquan is the He point of the spleen meridian. The spleen meridian qi starting from the toes goes deeper into the body, which can strengthen the spleen and eliminate dampness. It is located below the knee, along the inner side of the calf bone, and the depression when it turns inward is the Yinlingquan. You should massage this area with your fingers every day. You can do it at any time when you are free, but make sure you do it for a total of more than 10 minutes a day. If you have spleen dampness in your body, it will hurt when you press here, but if you persist in massaging, you will find that the pain will gradually subside, which means that your spleen dampness is getting better.
5. Zusanli is the first acupoint for treating the spleen and strengthening the stomach, and it is of course indispensable for removing dampness. The best way to stimulate is moxibustion. Using moxa sticks to moxibustion before going to bed every day can help Yinlingquan remove dampness. This acupoint is an important acupoint for removing dampness. When the human body has too much moisture, it is easy to breed bacteria, causing edema and various inflammations, including dermatitis, rash, etc. In addition, the spleen is the source of phlegm and is responsible for controlling moisture. If there is too much moisture and it cannot be transported away, it will turn into phlegm. Therefore, to fundamentally solve the problem of phlegm, you need to strengthen the spleen, and you just need to rub the Yinlingquan point more every day. Operation method: Massage Yinlingquan when you are free, and make sure to spend 10 minutes a day. Before going to bed at night, use moxa sticks to moxibustion the Zusanli points on both sides for 3-5 minutes. It is best to press Yinlingquan for 1-2 minutes before moxibustion. 6. Chengshan acupoint is the most effective acupuncture point for removing moisture from the human body. Its effect is similar to that of red bean and barley porridge. Because Chengshan acupoint is on the Bladder Meridian of Foot-Taiyang, and the Bladder Meridian controls the body's yang energy, stimulating it can expel moisture from the body by invigorating the yang energy of the Bladder Meridian. Most people will feel obvious soreness and pain when they lightly press the Chengshan acupoint, which is due to dampness in the body. After massaging Chengshan for a period of time, we will feel a slight warmth in our body. This is the result of the Yang Qi of the bladder meridian working. The dampness in the body is dissipating outwards along with the rising Yang Qi. Therefore, people with damp-heat constitution must remember this important health acupoint and use it reasonably in life.
7. Fenglong acupoint combined with Zusanli acupoint Massaging Fenglong acupoint can remove dampness and resolve phlegm. "Fenglong" sounds like thunder. Long-term massage can expel the turbid dampness in the spleen and stomach like thunder and rain. Find the knee pit and outer ankle from the outside of the leg, connect them into a line, and then take the midpoint of this line. Next, find the tibia on the leg, 1.5 inches outside the front edge of the tibia, which is about the width of your two fingers, and flush with the midpoint just now. Press nearby. The place where you feel the most sore, numb, heaviness, or obvious pain is the Fenglong point. Press it for about 3 minutes every day. |
