Mulberry white steamed buns: 30 grams of mulberry, 20 grams of Ligustrum lucidum, 30 grams of Eclipta prostrata, 500 grams of eggs, 50 grams of white sugar, 2000 grams of flour, and appropriate amount of yeast powder. Bring to a boil, then put the fried shrimps into the pan, toss a few times, and serve.

Wolfberry and snail soup: Wash wolfberries and remove impurities; rinse the snail meat with clean water to remove mud, wash and slice; wash the Chinese cabbage and cut into 5 cm long segments; slice the ginger and cut the green onion into segments. Heat a wok over high heat, add in vegetable oil, when it is 60% cooked, add in ginger and scallion, sauté until fragrant, add in snails and stir-fry evenly, pour in 500 ml of water, bring to a boil over high heat, add in salt and Chinese cabbage; simmer for 6 minutes over low heat. Eat 50 grams of snail meat once a day, and eat Chinese cabbage and drink the soup as you like. Efficacy: Nourishes the liver and kidneys, clears away heat and detoxifies.
