Why do men experience spermatorrhea?

Why do men experience spermatorrhea?

What men should pay special attention to in normal times is controlling their own bodies. For example, if a man suffers from kidney deficiency or mental exhaustion, it may cause spermatorrhea. Generally, there are many reasons for spermatorrhea, so you should pay attention to it in normal times.

1. Causes of spermatorrhea

Traditional Chinese medicine believes that spermatorrhea is mostly caused by kidney deficiency and weak sperm gate, or disharmony between the heart and kidney, or dampness and heat. Western medicine can be used to treat phimosis, redundant foreskin, urethritis, prostate diseases, etc. Nocturnal emission during dreams is often the initial stage of spermatorrhea during lucidity. Nocturnal emission and spermatorrhea are two symptoms of spermatorrhea of varying severity.

Some teenagers inexplicably "ejaculate" in broad daylight, which is more accurately called "spermatorrhea". It occurs when the teenager is awake. Long-term spermatorrhea is harmful to the body and can often lead to symptoms such as dizziness, headache, back pain, weak legs, palpitations, shortness of breath, mental depression, fatigue, etc.

Although nocturnal emission also involves the leakage of sperm, it is not considered a disease as long as the frequency is within the normal range (an average of 2-3 times per month). This is not the case with spermatorrhea, which should be considered abnormal regardless of the frequency. Weak constitution, long-term chronic diseases or irritation of the lumbar spinal cord, severe neurasthenia, excessive fatigue or mental stress, inflammation of the seminal fossa, etc. may all cause spermatorrhea.

2. Treatment of Spermatorrhea

If a man experiences spermatorrhea, don't worry. He should actively treat the primary disease. Once the original disease is cured, the spermatorrhea will naturally disappear. At the same time, you should adjust your lifestyle, arrange your work and rest time reasonably, relax your body and mind, and spermatorrhea will be reduced or disappear accordingly. In daily life, you can also take cold water baths, that is, rinse the scrotum with cold water 1-2 times a day, each time for 2-3 minutes.
