In real life, many people often forget to take care of their bodies because of busy life and work. In the long run, this will easily lead to some physical diseases. Lumbar disc herniation is a common disease, which usually occurs in young and middle-aged men. Kidney damage can also easily lead to lumbar disc herniation. After the widespread clinical application of CT diagnosis, lumbar disc herniation has emerged everywhere like bamboo shoots after a spring rain. The age of onset of lumbar disc herniation is mainly concentrated between 20 and 40 years old. There are two causes of this disease: One is the deficiency of kidney essence. The waist is the home of the kidneys, so the kidneys must be blamed. The second is that the waist is suddenly subjected to external force, such as weight-bearing, acupuncture, and collision, which causes the annulus fibrosus to relax, partially break or rupture, and the nucleus pulposus suddenly protrudes, compressing the sciatic nerve in the spinal nerve, resulting in low back pain and radiating pain in the lower limbs. Nowadays, people often regard the sudden external force on the waist as the cause of lumbar disc herniation, which is wrong. At best, it is only a triggering factor. The main cause is the deficiency of kidney essence. Misunderstandings of Lumbar Dislocation Treatment: (1) The prolapsed fibers and nucleus pulposus can shrink back into place. Except for surgical treatment, conventional treatment can only make the patient adapt to the state of prolapse, that is, the patient can no longer feel pain in the waist and affected limb, which is a cure. Because there is negative pressure in the intervertebral space, the prolapsed annulus fibrosus and nucleus pulposus cannot return at all. (2) Lumbar traction. Lumbar traction can reduce the pressure of the lumbar spine on the intervertebral disc, thereby alleviating pain. However, it has more disadvantages than advantages. It can relax the ligaments around the lumbar joints. Over time, the ligaments will not hold the joints firmly, and the consequences can be imagined. (3) Various methods of lumbar massage. There are many types of lumbar disc herniation. If scoliosis occurs clinically, the bending and rotating method must be used. If alternating pain in both lower limbs occurs, the limb extension and pulling method must be used. The nucleus pulposus herniation is paracentral type, which is the most common type, accounting for about 70% of the incidence. A single limb extension board is used, that is, stand on the affected side, pull the healthy lower limb, press the vertebral body at the lesion with fingers, and push it toward the healthy side. If the pattern is not clear, it is better not to use the method to avoid going in the wrong direction. Treatment scope: Mainly uses acupuncture and massage therapy to treat common diseases such as facial paralysis, lumbar disc herniation, periarthritis of the shoulder, headache, herpes zoster, trigeminal neuralgia, cervical spondylosis, weight loss, etc. Lumbar disc herniation occurs due to aging, which causes ligament relaxation, intervertebral disc aging, and reduced elasticity. It is triggered by trauma, fatigue, or rheumatism and cold, and is more common in middle-aged and elderly people over 40 years old. |
