What are the pathological factors of poems syndrome?

In our daily lives, we often suffer from some inexplicable diseases. Some diseases are even named in English, causing many people to not know what exactly is wrong with them. Poems syndrome is the most common systemic disease, which is mainly composed of multiple systems. The specific cause of the disease is unclear, and it is very likely to cause neurological lesions, liver enlargement, and globulin diseases, which have a lot of impact on the body. Therefore, patients should pay attention to supplementing vitamins, consuming protein, eating more foods that are beneficial to digestion and absorption, and increase nutrition. They should also pay attention to exercise and change the habit of smoking and drinking, which will help the recovery of the disease.

Diet and health care

Pay attention to supplementing the vitamins that are lacking in the body and ensure that the patient has enough protein intake every day.

Preventive Care

1. Eliminate, reduce or avoid pathogenic factors, improve living environment and space, develop good living habits, prevent infection, pay attention to food hygiene, and prepare meals reasonably.

2. Pay attention to physical exercise to increase the body's disease resistance, avoid excessive fatigue and over-consumption, and quit smoking and drinking. Maintain a balanced mentality and overcome anxiety and tension.

3. Detect, diagnose and treat early, build confidence in overcoming the disease and persist in treatment.

Disease diagnosis

1. Guillain-Barré syndrome: Although it has the characteristics of symmetrical lower motor neuron paralysis of the limbs and cerebrospinal fluid protein-cell separation, it should not be accompanied by visceral enlargement and skin changes. Blood M protein measurement can help to confirm the diagnosis.

2. Connective tissue disease: Although there is multi-organ damage, clinical manifestations include low fever, rapid erythrocyte sedimentation rate, skin changes, abnormal renal function, positive urine protein, and abnormalities of the blood system and immune system, it is uncommon to be accompanied by peripheral nerve damage and organomegaly.

3. Cirrhosis: In addition to hepatosplenomegaly and ascites, there are often abnormal liver function, and in the later stages there are often esophageal varices and hypersplenism. However, peripheral nerve damage and skin changes rarely occur.

4. Nephritis: Facial edema, positive urine protein and abnormal renal function are common in the early stages, but it is rare for other organs to be damaged at the same time or successively. It should also be differentiated from multiple myeloma and cancerous peripheral neuropathy.
