What are the ways to treat prostatitis?

The prostate is an important component of a man's reproductive organs. If the condition is relatively mild, it can be slowly relieved and treated through dietary adjustments, such as plantain syrup, rush flower and bitter melon soup, winter melon, kelp and coix seed soup, etc. These dietary therapies are very effective in treating prostatitis. At the same time, patients also need to pay attention to their work and rest time and avoid staying up late.

1. Plantain Syrup

Each time, you can use 100 grams of plantain (400 grams of fresh product), 10 grams of bamboo leaf heart (30 grams of fresh product), 10 grams of raw licorice, and appropriate amount of yellow sugar. When making it, first put plantain, bamboo leaf heart and raw licorice into a casserole, add appropriate amount of water, boil the water over medium heat for about 40 minutes, add brown sugar, cook for a while, and drink it instead of tea every day.

2. Rush flower bitter melon soup

Each time, you can use 6 bunches of rush flowers and 200 grams of fresh bitter gourd. When making it, first wash the bitter gourd, remove the pulp and core, cut into small pieces, and boil them together with rush flowers to make a soup for drinking.

3. Winter melon, kelp and barley soup

Use 250 grams of fresh winter melon (with skin), 50 grams of raw coix seeds, and 100 grams of kelp each time. When making it, first wash the winter melon and cut it into coarse pieces, wash the raw coix seeds, and wash the kelp and cut it into thin slices. Put the above three ingredients into a casserole, add appropriate amount of water and cook it into soup for consumption.

4. Taraxacum officinale porridge

60 grams of dandelion, 30 grams of honeysuckle, 100 grams of rice, and appropriate amount of sugar. When making it, first put dandelion and honeysuckle into a casserole, add appropriate amount of water to boil the juice, then remove the residue and take the medicinal juice, then add rice and cook it into porridge. After the porridge is ready, add appropriate amount of sugar. Take twice daily. ⑤ Wild yam porridge. 30 grams of wild yam (100 grams of fresh product) and 100 grams of rice. When making it, first wash the wild yam, peel it, cut it into slices (if it has been dried and sliced, this step can be skipped), put it into a casserole, boil it over medium heat for about 30 to 40 minutes, and take the juice. Add rice to the decoction of Chinese yam and cook the porridge over medium heat. Eat 1 to 2 times a day.
