However, if the diet structure is unreasonable for a long time, if you eat too much acidic food, have high work pressure, have bad living habits, like smoking, drinking and staying up late, your body will become acidic.

People with acidic body constitutions have poor metabolism, and toxins are more likely to accumulate in their bodies, which are difficult to eliminate, leading to obesity.

What should I do if my body becomes acidic?

1. Exercise more

Exercising more and sweating more in the sun can help eliminate excess acidic substances in the body.

2. Eat more alkaline foods

In daily life, we should try to eat more alkaline foods, such as kelp, white radish, tofu, red beans, soybeans, apples, onions, kale, tomatoes, spinach, bananas, etc., which are not easy to arouse appetite but are good for the body.

People usually think that eating sour things is acidic food, such as grapes, strawberries, lemons, etc., which make people drool at the sight of them.

In fact, these things are typical alkaline foods, because the organic acids contained in fruits will be oxidized into carbon dioxide and water in the body and will not produce acidic metabolites. Moreover, alkaline substances such as potassium ions in vegetables and fruits can neutralize acidic substances and maintain the balance of the body.

3. Drink plenty of water

If your main drinking water is boiled water, then this little trick may be useful to you; we are always used to not turning off the fire when boiling water, and let the water boil for a while, which is correct;

But be careful to open the kettle lid and boil it for about 3 minutes after the water boils to allow the acid and harmful substances in the water to evaporate with the steam. It is also best to drink the boiled water on the same day and not leave it overnight.

4. Go to bed early

If you don't sleep after 1:00 p.m., the body's metabolism will be burned by endocrine, and the toxins produced by endocrine combustion will be very high, which will make the body acidic.

People who stay up late usually have a higher chance of developing chronic diseases than those who smoke or drink, so try to go to bed before 12:00 every day and don’t stay up late often. If you must stay up late, limit it to once a week!

5. Diet

Among the three meals a day, breakfast accounts for 70 points, lunch accounts for 0 points, and dinner accounts for 30 points. It can be seen that breakfast is the most important.

However, many students generally do not eat breakfast. With an empty stomach in the morning, the body has no energy, and the thyroid, parathyroid, pituitary and other glands will be automatically used to burn tissues, causing hyperfunction of glands and acidification of the body, which will lead to chronic diseases in the long run.

Any food eaten after 8:00 p.m. is called a midnight snack. Eating a midnight snack will make you tired and unable to get out of bed the next day. When you sleep, you are in a resting state, so the food left in the intestines will turn sour, ferment, and produce toxins that harm the body.

We do less exercise, sit all day, and deliberately choose some refined food to eat; however, lack of fiber will lead to poor intestinal function, so that the food we eat becomes toxins, making the body acidic and chronic diseases begin.
