What causes lumbar pain?

Many people always emphasize that they do not have any lumbar pain, but they don’t know where the disease is. So every time we go to the hospital for a check-up, the doctor always presses us and asks us where the pain is. In fact, most of the lumbar pain is caused by compression or mental factors, and it is not ruled out that it is caused by problems with qi and blood.
