There are three simplest ways to judge moisture:

In fact, these diseases are all related to dampness. An old saying goes, "A thousand colds are easy to get rid of, but dampness is hard to remove. Dampness is sticky and turbid, like oil in flour." This means that dampness is extremely difficult to get rid of. Moreover, nine out of ten people suffer from dampness, and almost everyone needs dehumidification.

The following 10 things are most harmful to the spleen and stomach, increase moisture, and it is best to avoid them

1. Eating too much cold drinks. Drinking cold drinks and beer without restraint will cause cold air to enter the body. Cold damages the spleen, and common symptoms include a greasy white tongue coating, abdominal pain and diarrhea in mild cases, and nausea and vomiting in severe cases.

2. Blowing the air conditioner too hard The cold wind from the air conditioner is external cold, which is also bad for the spleen and stomach. Many people are prone to stomach pain or even diarrhea in air-conditioned or electric fan environments, which are all related to external cold invading the spleen and stomach.

3. Wearing clothes that expose the waist and abdomen. Many fashionable girls wear clothes that expose the belly. The price of keeping up with fashion is damage to the spleen and stomach. Exposing the waist and abdomen will cause the two important acupoints, Shenque and Mingmen, to be invaded by cold evil, which will not only damage the spleen and stomach, but also the kidneys and bones.

4. Drinking too much herbal tea For people whose spleen and stomach are already weak and cold, drinking too much herbal tea is just "adding insult to injury". 5. Not eating staple foods. Many people have poor appetite and do not like to eat staple foods.
