What can't you eat if your blood sugar is high?

1. 5. Animal fats that cannot be eaten when blood sugar is high: offal such as liver, brain, kidney, etc. Lard, tallow, kerosene, cream, butter, etc. should be used sparingly, and it is best not to use them at all

What to eat when blood sugar is high

Whether you take medicine or inject insulin depends on how high your blood sugar is. If you are confirmed to have diabetes, you must receive regular treatment. If you are in the prediabetes stage (blood sugar is as high as normal but lower than the diagnostic criteria for diabetes), you can adjust it through diet and exercise. If your blood sugar is high, you can consider eating bitter melon, celery, fungus, seaweed, onion, mushrooms, grapefruit, pumpkin and whole grains, which can lower your blood sugar and are the most ideal foods for diabetics.
