2. Chinese Massage for the Treatment of Sinusitis in Children

1. Rub your hands together to warm them up, and then place them on your face. Repeat this process 10 times, using the heat generated by the friction to warm your face.

2. Press Yingxiang with the middle finger, follow the nose wing to Jingming, press Jingming, go straight up to the hair bun, and press the four fingers of both hands outward to the temples. Do this ten times. Try to breathe as deeply as possible and breathe abdominally as much as possible during the massage.

3. Press the Jingming point with the middle finger, and then press down to the Yingxiang point, and press along the edge of the jaw to the Quanliao point. The best effect is achieved when there is slight pain. Repeat this 10 times.

4. Press Yingxiang with the middle finger, follow the nose wing to Jingming, press Jingming, Zanzhu, press Yuyao along the eyebrow, Sizhukong, and repeat this ten times.

5. Press Yingxiang with the middle finger, follow the nose wing to Jingming, press Jingming, Chengqi, Sibai, Tongziliao, and repeat this 10 times.

6. Move the acupoints Yingxiang, Jingming, Cuanzhu, Yuyao, Sizhukong, Chengqi, Sibai, Tongziliao, Sibai, Taiyang, and Quanliao clockwise for 20 times and counterclockwise for 20 times, again until slight pain is appropriate.
