What medicine should I take for fear and anxiety disorder

Phobia anxiety disorder is also a relatively common manifestation of anxiety disorder. It mainly causes certain problems with cognitive impairment, such as inexplicable fear of certain things or people, which often leads to some physical reactions in patients. It is very harmful to mental health and physical health. At this time, some drugs can be used for treatment under the guidance of a doctor.

Disease treatment

1. Increase self-confidence. Self-confidence is a necessary prerequisite for curing neurotic anxiety. Some people who lack self-confidence in themselves doubt their ability to complete and cope with things. They exaggerate the possibility of their failure, and thus become anxious, nervous and fearful.

Therefore, as a patient with neurotic anxiety disorder, you must first be confident and reduce inferiority complex. You should believe that every time you increase your self-confidence, your anxiety level will decrease a little. Restoring your self-confidence will ultimately drive away anxiety.

2. Self-relaxation means freeing yourself from tension. For example: When you are in a better mental state, imagine various possible dangerous scenarios and let the weakest scenario appear first. By repeating this process over and over again, you will no longer experience anxiety when you think of any dangerous situation or the entire process. This is when it ends.

3. Self-reflection Some neurotic anxiety is caused by the patient's suppression of certain emotional experiences or desires, which is suppressed unintentionally, but does not disappear and still lurks in the unconscious, thus causing symptoms. When the disease occurs, you only feel pain and anxiety, but you don’t know the cause. Therefore, in this situation, you must reflect on yourself and speak out the things in your subconscious mind that are causing you pain. You can vent your emotions when necessary, and the symptoms will generally disappear after venting.

Causes

First, although physical illness or biological dysfunction is not the only cause of anxiety disorder, in some rare cases, the patient's anxiety symptoms can be caused by physical factors, such as hyperthyroidism and adrenal tumors. Moreover, many researchers have tried to find out whether the central nervous system of anxiety patients, especially certain psychotransmitters, is the culprit for causing anxiety. Much research has focused on two psychotransmitters: norepinephrine and serotonin. Many studies have found that when patients are in an anxious state, the levels of norepinephrine and serotonin in their brains change dramatically, but we are not sure whether these changes are the cause or result of anxiety disorders.

Second, cognitive processes, or your thinking, play an extremely important role in the development of anxiety symptoms. Studies have found that people with depression are more likely than the average person to interpret ambiguous or even benign events as harbingers of crisis, are more likely to believe that bad things will happen to them, are more likely to believe that failure awaits them, and are more likely to underestimate their ability to control negative events.

Third, research has found that anxiety disorders are more likely to occur when there are stressful events.
