What medicine can cure flat warts?

Flat warts are a relatively common skin disease. After becoming ill, many densely packed small bumps will appear on the patient's skin, which looks quite scary. In fact, treating flat warts is very simple. Modern medical technology can completely cure this disease. So, what medicine can cure flat warts? 1. Western Medicine

1. Systemic treatment: intramuscular injection of polyinosin, isatis root or oral administration of levamisole and methenamine.

For those with a large number of cases that have not been cured for a long time, you can take urotropine orally, 0.3-0.6g/time, 3 times/day, or magnesium oxide, 0.5g/time, 3 times/day. Local treatment: For external treatment, you can use Zilan Fang (see Systemic Treatment of Common Warts) soaked in wine and applied externally, or add 15g of Realgar Detoxification Powder to 60ml of Stemona Wine for external application. You can also use a black ointment stick, warm it up and apply it externally, change it every 5 to 6 days, or crush the seeds of Brucea javanica and apply it externally (be careful to protect the surrounding skin). You can also use 30g each of Equisetum arvense, Cyperus rotundus, Isatis root, and Sophora flavescens, boil them in water, and soak the affected area.

(I) Syndrome differentiation and prescription selection

1. Wind-heat and toxicity

Treatment method: Dispel wind and heat, detoxify and resolve stagnation.

Prescription: Sangju Xiaoyou Decoction (Gu Bohua's "Clinical Manual of Chinese Medicine Surgery"): 10g mulberry leaf, 6g wild chrysanthemum, 30g dandelion, 30g isatis indigo leaf, 9g red peony root, 9g safflower, 15g purslane, 30g wild yam, 30g raw dragon bone and oyster shell (pre-boiled), 30g magnetite (pre-boiled).

2. Liver depression and phlegm stagnation

Treatment method: Soothe the liver and promote blood circulation, resolve phlegm and soften hard masses.

Prescription: Modified Wart Treatment Decoction: 10g Bupleurum, 10g Peach Kernel, 10g Carthamus, 15g Angelica, 10g Rehmannia, 10g White Peony, 10g Chuanxiong, 10g Panicum (pre-boiled), 30g Isatis Root, 15g Prunella Vulgaris, 30g each of Raw Dragon and Oyster (pre-boiled). For those with dark purple skin, hard texture and difficult to digest, add Tripterygium wilfordii

10g, Curcuma 10g.

(II) External treatment

1. Wrap the fruit of Brucea javanica in gauze and wipe the affected area 1 to 2 times a day.

2. For external use, add 60ml of Stemona Liquor into 15g of Realgar Detoxifying Powder, shake and mix well, then apply to the affected area, 2 to 3 times a day.

3. Rub fresh chicken gizzard lining on the rash 1 to 2 times a day. Or soak dried chicken gizzard lining in water until softened, then apply to the affected area 1 to 2 times a day.
