What medicine is used for internal hemorrhoids and blood in the stool

If internal hemorrhoids become serious to a certain extent, they will cause many complications. In addition to bloody stools, there may also be pain and tingling. In order to relieve these local symptoms, you can treat them through external application and fumigation. In addition, for more serious cases, you can usually use anti-inflammatory drugs or injections to relieve the pain caused by the patient. It must be treated correctly and reasonably.

What is the best treatment for internal hemorrhoids?

Hemorrhoid drying method: insert medicated strips or nails into the hemorrhoids to make the hemorrhoids dry up, necrotize, fall off and heal. Arsenic-free nails such as Qixiantiao and Erhuangkuzhi nails are generally used now.

Suppositories: For patients with stage I, II, and III internal hemorrhoids and those who are unable to apply medication after internal hemorrhoid surgery, the medicine can be made into a paste or suppository and inserted into the anus to achieve the purpose of clearing away heat, reducing swelling, relieving pain and stopping bleeding.

External application: In the late stage of internal hemorrhoids, when the surface of hemorrhoids is eroded and exudes fluid and surgery is temporarily unavailable, you can first use the above method to fumigate the affected area, and then apply Gallnut Powder, Xiaozhi Powder and Alum Powder externally. External application has the effects of clearing away heat and reducing swelling, relieving pain, astringing and stopping bleeding, and can shrink hemorrhoids and heal ulcers.

Ligation method: Use medicated thread, thick silk thread, or rubber band to ligate the root of hemorrhoids to block the blood supply to the hemorrhoids, causing them to become ischemic, dry, necrotic, and fall off, thereby achieving the purpose of healing. The commonly used methods include through-ligation and rubber band ligation.

Injection therapy : Injecting the sclerosing and atrophic injection into the gaps of the venous plexus in the submucosal layer of the hemorrhoids will cause a chemical inflammatory reaction. The varicose hemorrhoidal venous plexus will gradually become blocked due to venosis, periphlebitis and progressive fibrous tissue hyperplasia, thereby achieving the purpose of sclerosis and atrophy of the hemorrhoids.
