Six Chinese medicine remedies for removing stool

1. Honey sesame oil soup

Ingredients: 30 grams of honey, 5 grams of sesame oil, 100 milliliters of boiled water.

Method: Pour honey and sesame oil into a bowl, stir well, and add warm water.

Usage: Take every morning.

2. Su Ma Congee

Ingredients: 15 grams each of perilla seed and hemp seed, and appropriate amount of glutinous rice.
