What to do about latent vaginal spasm

Concealed penis is a reproductive malformation, an uncommon case of male penile underdevelopment, which often results in a short and underdeveloped penis. Even when the penis is erect it will appear relatively short and small, and sexual intercourse is often impossible. This can cause great harm to the child's future life. If this type of concealed penis occurs, it should be treated in a timely manner, and certain methods can be used to lengthen the penis.

Children's short penis can be divided into true and false. Among them, false short penis is more common, and among this false short penis, concealed penis is more common.

What to do about latent vaginal spasm

1. Surgical correction is to lengthen the penis and adapt it to its length by removing the inelastic fibrous tissue of the tunicate layer. The cellulose bands in the carnosus layer are attached to various parts of the body from the coronal sulcus to the base of the penis. The farther the attachment site is, the more serious the degree of hidden penis will be. For these more serious cases, only removing the fibrous bands is not enough to correct the hidden penis, and removal of the suprapubic fat pad is also required.

The basic principles of GB-Devine surgery for hidden penis : 1. Enlarge the narrow foreskin opening and lengthen the short penis skin; 2. Remove the fibrous cords and thickened tunica meatus that restrict penis elongation and pull out the hidden corpora cavernosa; 3. Fix the penis root subcutaneously to the tunica albuginea to prevent penis retraction.

Postoperative care for concealed penis 1. Pay attention after surgery: within three months, try to avoid walking, riding a bicycle, sexual stimulation, etc., do not hold urine, and avoid repeated erections of the penis that affect wound healing; 2. Some patients will have local discomfort in the foreskin after surgery, and scratching should be prohibited. They should be wiped clean after urination and defecation to prevent local infection; 3. You can take sedatives before going to bed within 2 to 3 months after surgery, and you can take some estrogen orally for a short period of time to avoid pain and bleeding caused by penile erection.

Concealed penis is a common congenital developmental abnormality and malformation, also known as buried penis. In people with hidden penis, the penis is retracted inside the body, with only the pointed foreskin protruding outside. If you squeeze the penis skin inward with your hands, the penis body will be exposed. If you release your hands slightly, the penis body will retract. Although hidden penis looks similar to foreskin, they are two completely different diseases.
