(3) Treatment of stomatitis: 60g of fresh bitter vegetable. Pick and wash the fresh bitter vegetables. Chew it 4 to 6 times a day for 3 to 5 consecutive days and you will be cured.

(4) Treatment of acute gastritis: 30g of bitter vegetable, 15g of dandelion, and 15g of perilla leaf. Wash the bitter herbs, dandelions and perilla leaves separately, put them in a casserole, add appropriate amount of water, put it on the fire, boil them with high heat first, then use steady heat to decoct the juice, remove the residue, take the juice, take one dose a day, divided into 2 to 4 times, take it continuously for 3 to 5 days, and you will see the effect.
