Sophora japonica tea is a relatively common tea beverage. It has good health-care effects, especially for the body's capillaries. It can increase the permeability of capillaries, restore the elasticity of capillaries, and is good in preventing atherosclerosis and thrombosis. In addition, Sophora japonica tea also has a certain anti-inflammatory effect, and plays a certain role in preventing conjunctivitis and pulmonary edema. It also has a certain effect in preventing ulcers. Sophora japonica flower soaked in water ① Impact on capillaries Rutin and its aglycone quercetin in Sophora japonica flowers can maintain normal resistance of capillaries, reduce vascular permeability, and restore normal elasticity to capillaries that bleed due to increased fragility. Quercetin can enhance the resistance of guinea pig and rat skin capillaries (using the method of negative pressure to cause petechiae on normal and heparinized animal skin) and reduce vascular permeability (using the rabbit-chloroform method). Its effect on capillary stability is 1/3 stronger than that of rutin. ② Anti-inflammatory effect Rutin and quercetin have inhibitory effects on paw edema of rats caused by histamine, egg white, 5-hydroxytryptamine, formaldehyde, and polyvinylpyrrolidone, as well as foot edema caused by hyaluronidase. Rutin can significantly inhibit traumatic edema in rats, and prevent the development of conjunctivitis, otitis, and pulmonary edema. It has only a slight inhibitory effect on conjunctival edema caused by mustard oil in rabbits. If rutin is dissolved in propylene glycol, the effect of preventing inflammation is better. ③ Antispasmodic and anti-ulcer effects Quercetin can reduce the tension of intestinal and bronchial smooth muscles, and its antispasmodic effect is 5 times stronger than that of rutin. X-ray studies have shown that rutin can reduce the gastric motility of rats and relieve the spasm of small intestinal smooth muscles caused by barium chloride. Its efficacy is only 1/14 of that of quercetin. Subcutaneous injection of rutin at 5-10 mg/kg can significantly reduce the number of gastric ulcer lesions caused by pyloric ligation in rats, and its efficacy on reflex gastric ulcers is stronger than that of quercetin. Sophora japonica flower juice (containing very little rutin) injected into the intestinal cavity of rabbits can stimulate the intestinal mucosa and increase the exudate. ④Effects on the cardiovascular system Sophora japonica flower liquid has a mild excitatory effect on the isolated frog heart and a blocking effect on the cardiac conduction system. Rutin, quercetin, and quercetin can also increase the contractility and output of isolated and in situ frog hearts and reduce heart rate. Rutin causes blood vessels in the lower limbs of toads and ears of rabbits to constrict. Quercetin can dilate coronary blood vessels and improve myocardial circulation. Taking 400 mg/kg of Sophora japonica seeds for three consecutive days can increase coronary vascular flow in mice. |
