There are several types of double eyelid surgery

1. Buried suture method The buried suture method (also known as polymer molding method) is a method of burying sutures (or polymer sutures) directly between the skin and the tarsal plate, so that the upper eyelid skin adheres to the tarsal plate to form a double eyelid surgery. This method is easy to operate, less traumatic, leaves no scars, reduces swelling quickly, and does not require stitches to be removed. It is more suitable for young people with thin eyelids, long palpebral fissures, and no loose skin. It is not suitable for those with thick eyelids, loose skin, and older people, and there is a possibility that the double eyelid surgery will disappear. 2. Korean minimally invasive double eyelid method: Before suture surgery, a small amount of fat is removed from a point, and then the suture surgery is performed. Before the operation, a personalized plan will be designed based on the patient’s own characteristics to match their facial features, temperament, and occupation. Advantages: The double eyelids formed are natural and realistic. No traces are left after the operation, and the eyes will be more natural and beautiful when closed. The recovery after the operation is fast, with little swelling after the operation. Usually, there is slight swelling for 3-7 days, and it can be completely restored to its natural state in one month. Disadvantages: The suitable age is 18-25 years old, young women with no loose eyelid skin.

A low head position will increase swelling. It is best to rest in a semi-recumbent position (with a pillow raised) to avoid excessive eye fatigue; 4. Abstain from smoking and drinking for one month, do not eat spicy or other irritating foods, and try to eat less seafood, fish, mutton, etc. Owarfarin, aspirin, and other Chinese patent medicines that promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis are prohibited. 5.
