Ingredients: Apple, red wine

Method: Peel the apples (400g) and cut into crescent shapes with a knife. Put the apples in a milk pan, pour in red wine to cover the apples, simmer over medium heat for 15 minutes, turn off the heat, and the apples can be eaten after soaking in red wine for two hours. If you like, you can add sugar and honey and eat it as a dessert.
