First squeeze out some and mix it into foam, apply it to the affected area, leave it on for 2-3 minutes before washing it off. Use it for 2 consecutive weeks. If you can't buy Hillson, you can buy: Celexa Lotion (chemical name: Ketoconazole Lotion).
