How to get rid of the cold in summer

How to get rid of the cold in summer

Many women have the problem of cold body. Especially in winter, cold hands and feet are the norm. If you want to get rid of the coldness in your body, you should do it in summer instead of winter. So, how do we get rid of the cold in summer? The easiest way is to eat ginger. Although ginger is a condiment, it can effectively eliminate the cold in the body. Whether eaten raw or with brown sugar ginger tea, it is a good choice.

Bath and foot soak

People with heavy coldness generally have poor blood circulation in their bodies. They can choose to soak their feet or take a bath more often to promote blood circulation, which is what we often call sweating. Other things to note are: the water level for the bath should not exceed the chest, and the bathing time should be controlled within 20 minutes, otherwise excessive sweating will easily lead to dizziness, and you should also drink more water afterwards.

Diet therapy to drive away the cold

It is recommended that people with severe coldness eat more spicy, warm but not too greasy foods, such as: onions, ginger, garlic, lamb, beef, etc. Women can also get rid of the cold by drinking some ginger tea or brown sugar water. Men can choose to drink wine soaked with peppercorns or maca, which can have certain effects.

Enhance your exercise

People who suffer from severe cold should increase their exercise because exercise will generate heat in the body, which will help dispel the cold. However, it is worth noting that after exercise, people often feel tired, their resistance decreases, and cold air takes the opportunity to invade. Therefore, exercise and blood supplementation should be carried out simultaneously.

Tap the Gallbladder Meridian

When tapping the gallbladder meridian, keep standing and tighten your leg muscles. The midline of the outer thigh is the gallbladder meridian. You can clench your hands into fists and tap until you feel slight pain. Secondly, when it is cold, you can use both hands to alternately massage the outside of your upper limbs, rubbing back and forth 30 times until your skin becomes slightly warm.

Drink less cold water

Many people like to drink cold drinks. In fact, no matter it is summer or autumn and winter, it is not advisable to drink too much cold drinks, especially people with heavy cold in their bodies should avoid eating cold food. It is recommended to carry a thermos cup with you every day and drink only warm water to avoid worsening of the cold.
