You can use a towel for hot compress. Simple hot compress and gentle massage can promote blood circulation in the muscles, enhance muscle nutrition and relieve pain.

2. Pregnant women are advised to pay attention to rest, ensure adequate sleep, eat a proper diet, and have a balanced nutrition. They can eat more fish, more vegetables and fruits, walk appropriately, and monitor the fetal development regularly if conditions permit.
