Diet therapy for liver disease

Diet therapy for liver disease

Most liver diseases are related to personal physical conditions, so you must pay attention to it and go to the hospital for reasonable examinations based on your liver disease. This is very important. In addition to examinations, you must also cooperate with Chinese medicine's diet therapy, because diet therapy is more important than anything else.

Diet therapy for liver disease

Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the initial onset of liver disease is nothing more than external and internal factors. External causes are mostly due to the invasion of seasonal evils, dampness and heat, and unclean diet; internal causes are mostly due to emotional discord, fatigue and internal injuries that weaken the body's resistance. In terms of preventive health care, we must first pay attention to dietary nutrition and food hygiene, and take in enough sugar, protein, vitamins, etc. to ensure that the body has an adequate supply of nutrients; avoid eating raw, cold, and unclean foods, and pay attention to personal hygiene to reduce the chance of infection.

The viscera theory of traditional Chinese medicine also believes that the liver and gallbladder are closely related to human emotions. There is a saying that "anger hurts the liver", so maintaining an optimistic mood and an open mind is also an important aspect of preventing liver disease.
