What causes Trichocystis?

2. How to determine whether it is Demodex dermatitis?

Over time, the skin of the nose thickens and forms persistent erythema, which clinically manifests as rosacea or acne vulgaris. In some cases, the skin of the nose is normal, with only erythema, papules, and desquamation around the mouth or at the corners of the mouth. Some individuals may show symptoms of blepharitis or scalp desquamation. The disease usually recurs, with symptoms of itching and burning. The erythema often worsens after drinking alcohol, eating chocolate and spicy food.
