If conditions permit, they can eat more salted duck egg and dried oyster porridge, preserved egg, bean curd and salted lean meat porridge, loofah and ginger soup, pepper water and some other foods that can relieve toothache.

1. Salted Duck Egg and Dried Oyster Porridge

Ingredients: 2 salted duck eggs, 100g dried oysters (dried oyster meat), 150g glutinous rice

Preparation method: First peel the salted duck eggs, put them into the pot together with the cleaned glutinous rice and dried oysters, add 1500 grams of water, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat until it becomes a thin porridge.

2. Preserved Egg, Bean Curd and Salted Lean Meat Porridge

Ingredients: preserved eggs, bean curd sticks, lean meat, rice

Method: Bring rice to a boil with water, then add preserved eggs and bean curd sheets, cook until soft, then add lean meat and cook until done.

3. Loofah Ginger Soup

Ingredients: 300g fresh loofah, 60g fresh ginger

Method: Wash and cut the fresh loofah into sections, and wash and slice the fresh ginger. Boil the above two ingredients in water for 1 hour and drink the soup twice a day.

4. Pepper water

2. Take garlic, mash it, apply it to the painful area after warming it to treat pulpitis, periodontitis and toothache, etc.

3. Mix MSG with warm water at a concentration of 1:50, then hold the solution in your mouth for a while and then spit it out. Do this several times in a row. After two days, the toothache will be cured.

4. Add 50 ml of vinegar to the starting material, mix well and gargle twice a day for 2 weeks to treat toothache caused by periodontitis.

5. When you have a toothache, cut a small piece of ginger and bite it on the painful area. It can be reused if necessary, and it is also okay to hold it in your mouth before going to bed.

6. Use a slice of fresh ginger or 2 peppercorns, or cut half a clove of garlic and bite it on the tooth cavity to quickly relieve toothache.

7. Take 100 grams of ordinary white wine, put it in a teacup, add 10 grams of salt, stir, and after the salt is dissolved, put it on the stove and boil it. Hold a mouthful in the painful area.
