What causes liver and gallstones?

An improper diet may cause many diseases, and liver diseases are particularly painful. Intrahepatic bile duct stones are almost all bilirubin calcium stones, which are composed of bilirubin, cholesterol, fatty acids and calcium. It can be bilateral intrahepatic bile duct stones or limited to the left or right liver. Intrahepatic bile duct stones are more common in the left liver than in the right liver.

Intrahepatic bile duct stones coexist with intrahepatic bile duct stenosis and dilatation, resulting in bile retention. Stenosis can be seen in both hepatic ducts, more commonly on the left side, and can also be seen at the confluence of the left and right hepatic ducts at the portal of the liver. In a few cases, there are only intrahepatic bile duct stones without bile duct stenosis.

7. When cooking food, use less frying and deep-frying, and more stewing, boiling and steaming.

8. Avoid eating broth and mayonnaise that are high in fat.

9. Keep the taste as light as possible and use seasoning in moderation.

10. Avoid processed foods and foods high in sugar.
