Dull pain in right thigh

Dull pain in right thigh
In life, many people will experience pain in their thighs. When this phenomenon occurs, if there is no external injury or lumbar disease, then the thigh pain is caused by calcium deficiency. Calcium deficiency is a word we often hear. When calcium deficiency occurs, it will have a certain impact on physical health. When calcium deficiency occurs, calcium supplementation should be carried out in time.

There are two ways to supplement calcium : calcium supplements and dietary calcium supplements. The most commonly used and traditional calcium supplement is milk and dairy products. These foods are not only rich in calcium but also easy to absorb. Milk and dairy products are also rich in minerals and vitamins, including vitamin D, which can promote the absorption and utilization of calcium. Yogurt is also a very good calcium supplement. Not only can it supplement calcium, but the beneficial bacteria in it can also regulate intestinal function. It is suitable for all kinds of people. For those who do not like milk or are intolerant to milk, you can eat more alternative foods, such as oysters, seaweed, cabbage, cauliflower, kohlrabi, radish, kale, bok choy, etc. However, calcium supplementation should be done in moderation. Excessive intake is harmful, so calcium supplementation must be done on the basis of monitoring bone calcium to be safe, and dietary supplementation should be the main approach.

Young and middle-aged people generally have heavy life pressure, and the intense pace of life often makes them neglect some physical discomfort. In addition, there are no typical symptoms of calcium deficiency in this age group, so it is easy to conceal the condition. If you have symptoms such as frequent fatigue, weakness, cramps, back pain, allergies, and susceptibility to colds, you should suspect that you are calcium deficient. Calcium deficiency is more common among women who are in an emergency period of pregnancy . However, with the popularization of knowledge on eugenics and good parenting, people are more familiar with the symptoms of calcium deficiency during this period. When they feel loose teeth; weak limbs, frequent cramps, numbness; back pain, joint pain, rheumatic pain; dizziness, and suffer from anemia, prenatal hypertension syndrome, edema and insufficient milk secretion, they should be diagnosed with calcium deficiency. After reaching adulthood, the human body of the elderly gradually enters a period of negative calcium balance, that is, calcium absorption decreases and calcium excretion increases. Most elderly people suffer from calcium deficiency due to calcium loss. The symptoms they self-diagnosed include itching due to senile skin diseases; pain in the heels, lumbar spine and cervical spine; loose and falling teeth; obvious hunchback and decreased height; loss of appetite, gastrointestinal ulcers, constipation; frequent dreams, insomnia, irritability and anger, etc.
