  4. Choose meat with both fat and lean meat, and chop it together with green onions and ginger. When chopping, add some vegetable oil and soy sauce, and put the chopped meat into the cooked oil first. Stir well.

  5. .Grate the winter melon with a grater and then chop it. Add appropriate amount of salt when chopping to reduce the juice. Use gauze to squeeze out as much water as possible from the winter melon filling and put it into the oil pan after squeezing.

  6. Knead the dough, cut it into pieces, press the skin, and start wrapping. Add salt to the stuffing before wrapping and mix well.
