③ Press and knead the Ju acupoint

Massage method: Stand up with legs slightly open, press the Chengfu point with the index, middle and ring fingers, and pluck from the inside to the outside for about 2 minutes, until you feel a local soreness and swelling.
Indications and functions: This point has the effects of relieving constipation, eliminating hemorrhoids, relaxing muscles and tendons, and unblocking joints.
