What medicine should be used when a child breaks his skin?

We all know that children are often injured when going out. When they are having fun, they only care about playing and don’t pay attention to the things around them. Sometimes they are tripped by the stones under their feet, and it is easy to break their legs, arms, etc. Because it is common for their skin to be broken, what kind of medicine should be used for children's broken skin?

1: If there is no bleeding, be sure to use cold water or ice cubes, or ice cream in packaging paper, to apply cold compress to the child's injured area. The cold compress time should be 10-15 minutes. This is the most critical step. It can relieve pain, reduce subcutaneous bleeding and the redness and swelling caused by it. Do not use external medications for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis immediately, so as to prevent the dilation of subcutaneous capillaries, causing a large amount of subcutaneous bleeding, and causing congestion and swelling. If there is no swelling after cold compress, generally no special medication is needed!

2: When a child falls and gets scratched, as long as the skin is broken, you must check whether the wound is contaminated. If it happens outdoors, immediately buy refrigerated purified water and rinse the child's wound. Generally, small wounds will reduce bleeding in a short time. For larger scratches, use a clean (cotton swab) handkerchief to apply pressure to stop the bleeding after cleaning. Disinfect with iodine furan at home, cover with gauze, fix the edges with anti-allergic tape, keep it breathable, and apply erythromycin ointment externally if anti-inflammatory is needed. (If you do not want to go to the hospital for treatment, you should always have cotton swabs, iodine furan (non-irritating), bandages, erythromycin ointment, and hypoallergenic tape at home)

If there is no damage to the skin or mucous membrane, no special treatment is needed, and it will not have any special effect on the body. Don't worry, hello. But if there is damage to the skin or mucous membrane, you should pay attention to using gentian violet for external use. I believe the effect will be ideal, and it will not affect the onset of favism. Is it clear? I wish your child good health.
