Brown urine after strenuous exercise

Brown urine after strenuous exercise

Different urine colors can indicate what's wrong with your body. The normal color of urine is usually yellow or colorless. If your urine is other colors, then you should pay attention. Proper exercise is good for the body, but if you don’t handle the situation properly after strenuous exercise, it can also cause harm to the body, and these injuries will more or less be reflected in the urine. So why does urine turn brown after strenuous exercise?

1. Due to insufficient energy supply in the body, protein is hydrolyzed and deaminated to provide energy. The nitrogen-containing part is converted into urea. If there is too much urea, the urine will turn yellow, and if there is too much urea, it will turn brown. It is better not to exercise too vigorously.

2. High-intensity exercise will put a great burden on the kidneys. When I was in the army, some people urinated immediately after running and ended up urinating blood. Many old squad leaders had this experience. So after exercise, take a break, drink some water, and then go to the toilet.

3. Brown urine is generally called hematuria. Hematuria is generally divided into physiological and pathological. Suggestions: Physiological hematuria may be caused by strenuous exercise or taking some medicine. If it is not there the next day, there is no need to deal with it. If it is still there, it is recommended to go to the hospital for a urine test

4. It may be pyelonephritis, renal tuberculosis, kidney (bladder, ureter) stones, etc. You should actively go to the hospital for a routine urine test.

5. Consider suffering from urinary system disease. You should go to the hospital to check both kidneys with color Doppler ultrasound and urine routine to see where the disease is. Remember to drink plenty of water and rest more. At the same time, check your kidney function to see if it is normal and make appropriate treatment based on the test results.

6. It may be caused by acute urethritis. First, drink more boiled water. Second, avoid spicy and irritating foods. Third, take levofloxacin dispersible tablets, Sanjin tablets and other treatments for a period of time, and receive intravenous infusion treatment when necessary.
