Small red blood spots on neck

Small red blood spots on neck

If there are small red spots on the neck, don't worry too much. As long as they don't hurt or itch, they are cinnabar spots, which can be treated with chemical, mechanical, or laser methods. However, these cinnabar spots may have a slight impact on the patient's appearance in a short period of time, but generally there is no big problem. You need to relax and don't touch them with your hands.

Problem analysis: No need to worry too much, it is not painful or itchy, generally speaking it is nothing, it seems to be called "cinnabar spot".

Mole removal methods Western medicine mole removal (I) Chemical peeling

Chemical peeling was one of the freckle removal methods that was widely used a few years ago. This method has been tried in various forms in my country since ancient times, such as using alkali corrosion and stripping. However, due to technical limitations, it is impossible to conduct more in-depth pharmacological research. It was not formally proposed until 1962 in the United States. This method was first adopted by dermatological surgery, and later people used this method to treat blemishes, which is the "skin resurfacing therapy" we often hear in the beauty industry. It mainly uses chemicals to corrode the skin surface, causing contact dermatitis. When the scab falls off, the damaged skin also disappears. "Skin peeling therapy" actually uses this method of forcibly exfoliating the stratum corneum to achieve the purpose of removing spots. Commonly used chemical substances include benzoic acid, salicylic acid, trichloroacetic acid, fruit acid, and flower acid. Because this method has the characteristics of clear treatment targets, relative indications, short treatment time, quick results, low cost and simple use, it was once widely used. But as its side effects continued to emerge, this method has disappeared.

(ii) Mechanical stripping

Mechanical exfoliation, like chemical exfoliation, is also one of the widely used methods for removing freckles. Its main feature is to achieve the purpose of removing spots by burning, freezing, and abrading the skin with spots. Commonly used methods are:

(1) Laser mole removal

aPrinciple

Lasers produce a high-intensity beam of light. Different types of lasers can produce different colors of light. The laser's visible color is key to treatment. Lasers of different colors are absorbed by skin of different colors, and the laser energy is used to disintegrate and vaporize the dye particles, closing the blood vessels. The dye particles are then absorbed by the body and excreted, and the pigmentation fades away.

Because laser light of a certain wavelength is only absorbed by pigments of the corresponding color. Only diseased cells absorb specific lasers, while normal skin tissue is not damaged, so no scars are left. Advanced laser technology can also control the depth of the skin that the laser reaches, and the adjustable pulse can minimize skin damage. Generally, the skin can return to normal within 7 to 10 days and will not affect people's normal life. During the operation, the treatment time is only a few minutes each time, and no more than ten minutes at most. After each treatment, the skin has to go through a natural absorption and metabolism process, so the interval between treatments is generally 2 to 3 months. Depending on the size, number and depth of the pigment and vascular lesions, some treatments may achieve the desired effect in one or two times, but generally four to six treatments are required to completely solve the problem.

The 3045 Q-switched dual-wavelength medical laser beauty instrument outputs two wavelengths, 1064nm and 532nm. The 1064nm Q-switched laser has strong penetrating power and can reach the melanocytes or black and blue dye particles deep in the skin; the 532nm Q-switched laser can be well absorbed by black and red pigments and can effectively remove them. To achieve the purpose of completely removing pigment.

(2) Ultra-high frequency treatment

Ultra-high frequency treatment uses ultra-high frequency electric current to generate high heat vaporization when acting on the pigmented area, directly exfoliating the superficial tissue to achieve the purpose of removing pigmented spots. Although ultra-high frequency treatment has the characteristics of high frequency, short wavelength, strong penetration, easy to master and use, clear field of vision during operation, small wound surface and fast healing, the expensive equipment has affected its widespread adoption in beauty salons.
