Why do children always cry?

If a child likes to cry all the time, parents should pay attention to it. There are many reasons why a child cries. It may be related to the child's physical discomfort or psychological reasons. Therefore, parents must understand the specific reasons. If the child is older, parents should communicate more with the child to understand what the child really wants. If the child is younger, parents must understand whether the child is crying due to some physiological reasons.

Why do children always cry?

First, they are hungry.

A baby's stomach is very small, only the size of a ping-pong ball, and cannot hold much milk, plus breast milk is easy to digest. So they get hungry quickly, and you should feed them frequently, even if it hasn't been long since you last fed them.

Second, they feel uncomfortable

If he's really not hungry, be realistic. Babies often cry when they feel uncomfortable.

Third, if they are tired and can sleep, they will sleep naturally. However, babies often need a little extra help to fall asleep. Holding him, rocking him, touching him, and singing to him can all help to calm him. Don't worry about spoiling him. Most experts today agree that holding and comforting a baby will not spoil him.

Fourth, they are overtired and overly sleepy.

Can't handle too much stimulation. Having many visitors at home or having a busy day can make him restless and extremely tired, but this does not mean that he can recover after sleeping for eight hours.

5. They are too cold or too hot

The best way to check their temperature is to feel their belly, as their hands or feet may be cooler than the rest of their body. If your baby's tummy feels cold to the touch, you can put a sheet or blanket in the crib or bassinet; otherwise, remove the blanket. The ideal temperature in a baby's room is 26-28℃. However, it may be difficult to maintain this temperature all the time, so don't worry too much.

6. They have bloating and abdominal cramps

Hearing the word colic can send shivers down even the strongest and most fearless of parents’ spines – and it’s no surprise. Babies with colic may cry incessantly. And no matter what you do, you can’t seem to comfort them.

7. He is bored or lonely

Even babies need company or play. This doesn't mean spending a lot of money on toys. A simple wind chime, rattle, or even a wooden spoon can keep him fascinated for a long time. Or put him in a baby seat and let him look at you and talk to you. Talk to him and let him talk to you. Remember that you are his best playmate. Finally, rule out whether the baby is sick

If your baby is sick, his cries may be higher-pitched than usual. If you are concerned, see your doctor.
