Hemorrhoids ruptured and bleeding

Hemorrhoids ruptured and bleeding

Nowadays, people sit for longer and longer periods of time due to work pressure. In addition, many people have irregular diets and bad eating habits, which leads to a high incidence of diseases such as hemorrhoids. Hemorrhoids can be severe or mild. Severe hemorrhoids may even rupture, causing continuous bleeding at the affected area. So, if faced with this problem, what measures should hemorrhoid patients take?

Hemorrhoids are divided into internal hemorrhoids, external hemorrhoids and mixed hemorrhoids. Internal hemorrhoids bleed without pain, but external hemorrhoids and mixed hemorrhoids bleed and are painful. Hemorrhoids are mostly caused by factors such as getting angry, cold or hot in the anus area, constipation, diarrhea, excessive drinking, eating spicy food, and bad living habits.

1. Internal hemorrhoids

1. Rubber band ligation is one of the most widely used methods for treating internal hemorrhoids in the world.

2. Use laser to treat stage I and II hemorrhoids to coagulate the hemorrhoids. The method is similar to infrared coagulation treatment. Microwaves are used to generate high-frequency heat to promote local blood circulation, and can cause the hemorrhoidal vascular plexus cells to degenerate and fibrose, achieving the effect of hemostasis and hardening.

3. Radio frequency: It can generate high temperature of 60-80 degrees when acting on tissues, which can cause coagulation and necrosis of the surface of hemorrhoidal tissue, thrombosis in blood vessels, and has a good hemostatic effect. For the treatment of internal hemorrhoids only.

2. External hemorrhoids

1. If the condition is not serious, you can take Huaijiao Pills and Zhisu Ning Tablets. Local treatment requires Mayinglong Hemorrhoid Ointment. Avoid spicy food and drinking. Eat more vegetables and fruits, such as watermelon, banana, tomato, etc., which have the effect of moisturizing the intestines and avoid dry stools.

2. Severe cases or repeated recurrences require further surgical treatment.

3. Mixed hemorrhoids

1. External stripping and internal ligation surgery: hemorrhoids are removed and ligated in sections. Anal stenosis is less likely to occur after surgery and complications are relatively rare. The disadvantages are that the patient will experience more severe pain and the recovery time after surgery will be longer.

2. PPH surgery: also known as stapled hemorrhoidal mucosal resection. The pain after surgery is relatively relieved, and some patients need external hemorrhoidectomy after surgery.

3. Band ligation surgery: Not all hemorrhoids can be ligated. There are fewer complications after the surgery and the recovery is faster. Some patients need another surgery to remove part of the external hemorrhoids.
